*Watercolour and inkpen.
This first small painting is of a bunch of gumleaves I picked and placed in a glass vase on the kitchen windowsill. They were quite dry (like our weather around here) and formed intriguing sculptural shapes. Another Gumleave painting here.
Below, a windowsill view with fruit – drawn from memory and imagination. *Watercolour and inkpen, with a touch of white gouache.
Some landscape watercolour and inkpen sketches inspired from local views, while out walking our dogs. And a still life scene in graphite pencil and art app media, with a video, from my recent Instagram post.

This is a inkjet (pigment ink) print, on watercolour paper, I made of my pencil sketch from my previous post – after painting in some colour (freehand) in the Procreate app. Also in this app I erased the middle line of the sketchbook..and made some other small changes. The second pic is a video of the drawing changes unfolding. I may add some watercolour and more pencil work to the print – and to the drawing on the iPad. Lots of options… #graphitepencil #sketchbook #procreateapp #doitfortheprocess #choosejoy #australianartist #gippslandartist
